Ozone or O3 is an unstable molecule that, when it comes into contact with another molecule of any kind, will destroy it through the process of oxidation therefore eliminating the smell at its source.
Ozone treatment is the process of using Ozone to remove unwanted smells in a property or other areas, such as a car. Ozone treatment can be used for eliminating various smells such as: pet odour, smoking odour, urine odour, musty smells, car smells and aging house material smells. These odours are not only lingering in the air but adhere to the walls, ceilings, cabinets, floor material, ductwork, upholstery and furnishings.
Ozone treatment requires a vacant home as it can be hazardous to humans and pets. For properties larger than 2,500 sq ft, homes that have persistent odours, or where the smells have a long-term presence, more than one treatment may be required.

Power washing for all types of surfaces such as patios, walkways, decks, fences, and siding. Power washing may include soap cleaning and brushing depending on the situation. This service is charged by the square footage of the surface.

Exterior window cleaning up to 2 levels. Interior window cleaning and removal of debris and mildew. Cleaning may require the use of special cleaning supplies. We will require the number of windows needed to be cleaned.

Interior carpet cleaning (residential) includes the shampoo and wash of carpets. The house must be vacant and all furniture removed from the areas that need to be cleaned. The house must stay vacant for at least one more day after the carpet cleaning is completed.

Yard clean-up after Winter and soft landscaping such as edge trimming, lawn mowing, clean-up of branches, leaves, large weeds and mowing and edge trimming.

Handy Man repairs such as minor wall repairs and touch-ups, trim repair, faucet replacement, deck repairs, door hardware replacement, caulking, etc. These repairs are charged by the hour therefore the scope of work must be determined from the start and then adjusted accordingly.
Because there are so many different types of repairs, they cannot all be listed on the website. 2 hours of service is the minimum charge. This service will typically require a phone call to discuss what is required and sometimes may require an on-site visit.

Removing debris and cleaning the eaves. This service is for up to two-storey homes and will include the removal of debris and cleaning of the eaves. Minor caulking maintenance at the seams can be done as well.

Blocked dryer vents are a fire hazard and will cause your dryer not to operate properly. The dryer vent should be cleaned twice a year to ensure that the lint is not built up to a point of blockage.
We use special equipment to clean up to 20 ft length of the dryer vent. This can be done from the exterior or the interior depending on the installation.
